Who is eligible?
We recognize that those closest to us have the biggest impact on our overall well-being, and that’s why we believe it’s important that everyone in the home has access to care. The program is available to benefits-eligible employees and anyone within their household. This includes:
- Your spouse.
- Your dependent children under the age of 26, whether they live in the household or not. For children under the age of 18, a custodial parent or legal guardian should contact the program first to establish the most appropriate action plan.
- Other members of your household.
How does it work?
