What Does the Total Compensation Statement Include?

• Base Salary: Your annual salary is the foundation of your compensation.
• Bonuses and Incentives: Any performance-based bonuses or other incentive payments you have received.
• Health and Wellness Benefits: The value of health insurance, dental and vision plans, wellness programs, and other health-related benefits.
• Retirement Contributions: Rice’s contributions to the 401(a) Defined Contribution Plan – which is not a match!
