Momentous aims to create an Empowered Campus Culture. Understanding your enhanced compensation and benefits is a key part of your Total Rewards and a big part of why we work for an organization like Rice.

We are pleased to introduce the Total Compensation Statement in iO to help you fully understand the value of your rewards for working at Rice. This statement provides a comprehensive overview of your Total Rewards, highlighting your salary and all the additional benefits and perks provided by Rice that contribute to your overall compensation.

The Total Compensation Statement offers a detailed breakdown of all the components of your compensation, including base salary, bonuses, health benefits, and retirement contributions. By understanding the full scope of your compensation, you can make more informed decisions about your financial planning, career development, and personal well-being.

This statement is a testament to our appreciation for your hard work and dedication. It reflects Rice’s commitment to providing a competitive and comprehensive rewards package that supports your professional and personal growth.

What Does the Total Compensation Statement Include?

  • Base Salary: Your annual salary is the foundation of your compensation.
  • Bonuses and Incentives: Any performance-based bonuses or other incentive payments you have received.
  • Health and Wellness Benefits: The value of health insurance, dental and vision plans, wellness programs, and other health-related benefits.
  • Retirement Contributions: Rice’s contributions to the 401(a) Defined Contribution Plan – which is not a match!
  • Other Benefits: Additional perks may include paid time off, tuition benefits, employee assistance, and more.

Your Total Compensation Statement (click the link to access your statement after logging into iO) will be available in iO on or after Friday, January 31, 2024. You can use this View Your TCS in iO job aid.

We Value Your Contributions

The Total Compensation Statement is just one way Rice shows appreciation for all you do and ensures you understand the rewards and benefits you receive beyond just your salary.

Thank you for your continued commitment and contributions to our organization. We look forward to supporting your growth and success.

Best regards,

Total Rewards Team
