Rice cares about the health of its employees. The university provides various options for medical, dental, and vision coverage, and provides drug prescription coverage with all medical plan options. Rice gives employees the opportunity for tax savings through pre-tax payroll deductions and flexible spending accounts. Medical, dental, and vision coverage are provided through Aetna, prescription coverage is administered through Express Scripts, and WageWorks administers the Flexible Spending Accounts.
