It is that time of year again! Rice will provide no-cost flu vaccination to all faculty, staff, and Retirees. We encourage you to schedule an appointment via the following link (appointments have first priority). The vaccinations will be provided in the Grand Hall of the Rice Memorial Center, with the last appointment available 15 minutes before the end of each session:
Note that these vaccination clinics are for both employees and students. There will be a separate faculty/staff line, so please enter the correct line when you arrive. Please print, complete, and bring this Consent Form (en español) to expedite the administration process. If you cannot attend one of these sessions, please get vaccinated at a network pharmacy for your medical plan - most plans offer the flu and COVID vaccines at no cost. COVID VACCINES Randall's will also offer the updated COVID vaccine during these sessions, where possible. Modera and Pfizer will be available; however, supplies will vary at the actual time of service. Note that the COVID vaccine will only be available at no cost to benefits-eligible faculty and staff, regardless of whether or not you are enrolled in Rice's medical plan. The flu vaccine is available to all faculty and staff at no cost, regardless of benefits-eligible status. We hope you take advantage of this additional benefit from your Total Rewards program!
